Oh, my god, me too. I HATED Gaius in the beginning - as a person, as a character, as someone I was forced to watch on my screen. But then James Callis' performance made me appreciate him a little ... and then, I don't know, somewhere along the way, I started to find him entertaining, and now I just ... love him? Talk about totally unexpected endings.

And Gaius/Caprica - I honestly never realised I was all (potentially) OTP about them until I thought they weren't going to end up together, and then - in the corridor, with the making out? There was definite cheering.

And Caprica ... I really did not love the whole Tigh/Caprica baby storyline, and I hated that they made her sad, but !!!! I think she could be happy farming? AND SHE REDEEMED GAIUS BALTAR, WHICH IS A THING OF PURE, UNADULTERATED AWESOME.
