Let's make a deal, man
I still haven't watched the Sarah Connor Chronicles season premiere (must do that tonight - I'm really looking forward to it). I did watch 90210, but don't really have much to say about it; the first half of the episode was fun, the rest was pretty much blah blah backtory blah blah angst blah. Hopefully, they've got that out of their system now, and they can move on.
Greek, however, was very happymaking.
Greek: 2-3 Let's Make A Deal
Love love love this week's Greek! I love this show most when it's all about fun college stuff and friendship and fun romance, and that's exactly what this episode was. I loved pit boss!Calvin, and I really like the friendship between him and Evan; ditto Casey and Ashleigh, though I really wish Ash would get more storylines of her own (and maybe even, I don't know, a fun new guy who doesn't suck) - but hopefully we'll get to see some of that with her new job hunt quest.
I finally started really shipping Cappie/Rebecca - just when they broke up. Figures. I'm not disappointed by the breakup, though, and if this really is the end for them, I can say I really liked their entire relationship arc. Evan/Frannie is seven shades of dull; I actually like Evan, but Frannie brings out the boring side of him, and there's no real edge to their relationship that I can sink my teeth into. And, wow, he's still in love with Casey. I'm shocked, really.
I really loved Max/Casey, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them together - I just hope Max's big secretive secret is either a) no secret, he's just that shy, or b) something not overly dramatic and angsty, because I like this show when it's fun and fluffy and complicated and entangled and drunk and oversexed, and I don't really need lashings of drama. Besides, fun new guy! Fun new guy should stay fun new guy. And the scene in the casino when Casey, Max and Cappie all corrected Jason - yay, my fun, complicated love triangles!
