It is so hot right now. Which is why I'm wearing my pink cami nightie and drinking sangria. God, I love summer.
Dad called today. Rosie is doing fine; apparently she's up and walking again, which is good news. But that isn't all the news!
My dad is getting married!! This is not, at all, shocking - he's been with Alex for a few years now, and they've been living together for a year - but it is exciting. Actually, I'm glad it isn't a surprise; it's nice to have been able to get accustomed to the idea. My parents split nearly six years ago, a few months after I moved away to college, and I really like Alex, so I'm happy for them. I hope I get to be a bridesmaid!!
I think I'll have a drink to celebrate ;)
