Wow, thank you so much! It can be hard to keep them both in character, especially after you start getting to the point where they hook up, but I'm really glad this worked for you :D

(And depressing Lamb/Veronica fic is just ... depressing, even if it is in character.)

I found Lamb's POV really fun to write in this, and yeah, oddly comforting is probably a good way to put it ;)
