Disappointing, adj. A movie that was almost good, and then really wasn't
Legion = The Terminator?
There is a young woman, and the entire fate of humanity rests on the survival of her unborn son.
There is a man who comes from somewhere - well, it's more of a concept, not a place from where you're supposed to be able to travel to the here and now. But he does.
The apocalypse is now(ish). Creatures have been sent to kill the unborn child. And there is one man who has made it his mission to protect the woman.
He does. And then he's gone.
So:
a) There is no way you can tell me Michael isn't the father, LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU, denial FTW.
b) The end of Legion is like if, in The Terminator, Sarah had a next door neighbour or something who was totally in love with her, and at the end of the film Kyle was like, here, you protect her now. ie. Not awesome.
But I kind of want Michael/Charlie fic like burning. And I have fic recs, for anyone who has seen the movie (and if you haven't, I don't particularly recommend it).
