Totally. I'd much rather go somewhere I wasn't expecting with people who wanted me, than somewhere I was expecting with people who didn't. Not that I'm counting my chickens votes before they're hatched I'm sorted >.>

Hah1 I kept tabs on my votes like religiously. I was expecting to be squibbed because I hadn't finished HBP when I decided to apply.

Erm. Yeah. Anyway ... so am I, just quietly. Oh god, here comes my geek side ... I have a tally of how many votes I've gotten, plus a breakdown of the votes by house, comments I agreed/disagreed with, and reasons for my squib votes. Yeah, I think I mentioned obsessiveness in my app. I'd like to think I'm just excited >.>

I was worried about the comments after I initially posted, but I was originally aiming to see just how many squib votes I got. I'm a Head of House at another community or 2 >.> and the idea struck from a conversation about H_E and I decided to apply and see if I got squibbed.

I think we must be twins. ^^;; You're doing what I did, only you took it to the next level. ^^ I kept mine as a breakdown by which user voted me into which house (in a cute little color-coded spreadsheet ^^), but man. Figuring out which I agreed with...! Good plan. XD

Ooh, colour coding - I should have though of that :P And yeah, I have my own comments about my app/comments; I find it's really helpful in gaining a bit of perspective on my votes, and on the whole process.
