Yeah, I'm about the same. I don't really like the idea of them hooking up and didn't like them together in "I Am Become Death", but they are really were cute together in the present.
Yep, that's pretty much exactly how I feel - their relationship in the future did nothing for me (in fact, it almost seemed to be deliberately dystopic, with Molly's reactions to Daphne and Matt calling her "your mother," unless it was just poorly realised), but I don't mind them in the present.
It'll be very interesting to see how much they've shaped his behavior. Peter has always been sort of borderline crazy, and indulging that by giving him a very, very different perception of reality ought to have a lasting effect of some kind. And losing all those extra senses? That's gotta hurt.
