I just applied for a property online. It was surprisingly painless; I made a couple of calls to give my work and personal referees a heads up, and the rest was easy. It didn't even look like a bad application; I may not make a whole lot of money, and I've only been at my job for a little less than six months, but other than that ... let's just say I'm cautiously optimistic (and very, very hopeful. I wanna go to Melbourne already!).
