Battlestar Galactica: 4-13 The Oath
OH MY FRAKKING GOD THIS WAS EPIC. WAY TO INCLUDE (ALMOST) ALL OF MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER, SHOW!!
If Boomer had been anywhere in this (even if there wasn't room for her), I might very well have exploded from squee.
ANDERS! SHARON! HELO! LEE! KARA! JAMES CALLIS BEING THE BEST EVER, OMG. LEE-ZAREK INTERACTION, WHICH THERE NEEDS TO BE SO MUCH MORE OF.
And so many people I'd forgotten I loved being so very awesome. Roslin, who I adored in this episode, even though she's usually way down my list of beloved characters. Adama and Tigh being frakking hardcore, like, they're veterans for a reason. Tyrol! Tigh and Tyrol and Anders being all resistance-y again! BALTAR CALLING GAETA, BECAUSE GAETA LOVED HIM FIRST AND THEIR GAY LOVE IS EPIC! (And, OMG, if you haven't seen the webisodes, how entirely gay did that whole speech about shared secrets and etc. come across?)
Hoshi! Being betrayed by his boyfriend and totally resenting it! And Gaeta, who I have always loved, who is totally on the wrong side now, but for about twenty minutes, was so frakking badass at being evil.
And Dee would have totally smacked him down. Like I wasn't already missing her enough :(
AND RACETRACK!!! Racetrack, I am the most disappointed in you. (And Skulls, but he got shot, so maybe he's learned his lesson.) She was totally starting to rethink the whole thing a bit when she saw Lee, though.
IN CONCLUSION:
Starbuck is frakking awesome.
Anders and Sharon should just make out already (but, maybe not when her husband is lying unconscious and possibly dying beside them).
Lee, and his BEST 'EW PARENTS MAKING OUT' EXPRESSION EVER.
