I know *a* lawyer

Sweet Charity ends in less than 24 hours, so there's still time to bid. We've raised almost £7,000 already, which is completely awesome. It's slightly less awesome than I've been outbid on all the things I wanted, but I can't wait to see what comes out of the auction, anyway!

(And don't forget to check your bids periodically, if there's something you really want; the notification emails aren't always reliable, so make sure you double check that you're still the highest bidder.)

I have TV thoughts, but they might have to wait for another post - I'm reserving judgement on Heroes, at least, until I've seen this week's episode.

From [livejournal.com profile] starxd_sparrow, who gave me Karl Agathon, Peter Petrelli, and Don Lamb (slightly spoilery for their respective shows):

Marry: Helo. He's just ... Helo. He's awesome, and loyal, and he's already proven himself to be an excellent husband and father (and I don't have a twin sister, so we're cool on that front). He'd put himself on the line for me and for our family, and if the apocalypse ever comes, I'd trust him to get us out safely. (The relative importance of this is debatable, but I still feel like it should be a consideration.)

Shag: Lamb. Arrogant, incompetent jackass? Sure. But a hot arrogant, incompetent jackass, and nobody said I ever have to see him again afterwards. Plus, he seemed to know what he was doing with Madison - which, granted, is not much of a recommendation, but that scene in the elevator was pretty awesome, regardless. And ... well, you've seen him shirtless, right? Do I really need to elaborate?

Cliff: Peter. Sorry, Peter! As much as I love him, he's too flighty to marry - he'd always be off saving the world and having inappropriate sexual chemistry with his family, and, well, we've seen how well Petrelli spouses fare. His track record with women isn't exactly reassuring, either - Simone died and Cailtin got left behind in a post-apocalyptic future, and he was (directly or indirectly) responsible for both. And as cute as he is, I don't feel a particular need to rip his clothes off (the show does that for me, mostly), so, he gets thrown off a cliff. But, hey, sometimes he can fly, so maybe he'll be okay.
