Hee, okay! This is for the reboot, obviously, since I'm barely familiar with the original.

[OTP] Honestly, I'm not sure I have one. But, um, maybe McCoy/Chapel, because she wasn't even in the film, but the fic for the pairing is amazing, so it's totally sold me. Or Uhura/anyone, because she's my favourite.

[Runner-up] I'm going to go with canon(-ish) on this one, and say Kirk/Gaila. Because I really love the idea of him just, I don't know, accidentally falling for her or whatever, and they wouldn't even have to do the monogamy thing. (And I'm totally in denial about the possibility of her being dead, so.)

[Honorable mention] McCoy/Uhura, Kirk/Uhura, Spock/Uhura, Gaila/Uhura, McCoy/Gaila. I'm also kind of fond of Kirk/McCoy, Sulu/Chekov, and various threesomes.

[Crack pairing] Scotty/Gaila. Because they never met, but ... it could be awesome. Oh, and Pike/Gaila, because Gaila can be shipped with anyone.

[Ship everyone else seems to like, but I don't] Kirk/Spock. Ahaha, and this is why I'm not heavily involved in Star Trek fandom. I mean, I totally get where it's coming from, especially in the original series, but it just doesn't appeal to me.
