Today, I wrote two pinch hits, and started in on a Yuletide treat. I choose to think of this as being really, really excited, rather than out of my mind.

Also, it is now - for me, at least - less than twenty-fours hours until Christmas. (And a little more than thirty-six hours until the

yuletide archive opens, if all goes well - I'm pretty sure I'm equally excited for both.) And ... I have a tree, and it is decorated, and I have presents, and they are wrapped and under the tree, and we have alcohol and food and ... more alcohol, I feel as if I'm actually ready for this holiday.
