Things I meant To Do In The Past Ten Days: Write my femslash10 assignment. Finish the Tin Man space AU. Catch up on the multitude of fics I owe or have been meaning to write. Write lots of fic for Porn Battle X.

Things I have Actually Done In The Past Ten Days: Started my femslash10 assignment. Thought about writing the Tin Man Space AU. Procrastinated on the multitude of fics I owe or have been meaning to write. Flirted with writing new fandoms for the porn battle. Watched way too much TV.

I rewatched Tin Man, and then I found the entire series of Life on sale really cheap, so I figured I might as well check it out. And it's so good! I'm not a huge procedural fan in general, but I <3 Life. Charlie and Dani! AND TED/OLIVIA, OTP!!!! And then I figured, I'd been watching Neal McDonough and Damian Lewis, so I might as well watch Band of Brothers? So I did, and it was amazing also; I loved just about everyone in it, but Speirs is totally my favourite. HE IS CRAZY AWESOME OKAY, AT FIRST HE IS JUST CRAZY AND THEN HE IS AWESOME. IDEC IF HE IS DAN HUMPHREY'S LAME 90'S DAD. Also, I have no Band of Brothers icons, but I have this one! IT IS TOTALLY RELEVANT.

And then, I guess I was missing Life (partners! ♥), so I started watching In Plain Sight. And I just finished watching Let's Get It Ahn, which was pretty much the greatest episode ever. REALLY HOT LESBIANS WHO ARE IN THE CIA AND/OR SHERILYN FENN. MARY DELIBERATELY NOT AFFIRMING THAT SHE'S STRAIGHT (BECAUSE SHE SO ISN'T). AND MARSHALL AND THE RING AND THE ENGAGEMENT PARTY AND FEELINGS, OMG. I really do love the way Marshall is hopelessly, unrequitedly in love with Mary, and the way she is used to be totally oblivious, and the way Stan and Eleanor so aren't. (Her excitement when she thought Mary and Marshall were engaged! Even though she obviously knows Mary has a boyfriend, lol.) AND ALSO STAN/ELEANOR AND THE ACCIDENTAL TERMS OF ENDEARMENT. AND BRANDI, WHO IS SUCH A SCREW-UP BUT IS SO ADORABLE OMG, ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE WEARS MARY'S SUITS AND PULLS HER HAIR BACK AND LOOKS LIKE SHE'S JUST COME OUT OF THE CLOSET AND IS PLAYING AT BEING BUTCH.

Also, I guess I started watching Everwood? It's so earnest and heartfelt and wholesomely progressive that it almost hurts, but I kind of love it anyway. And Amy. (Her ulterior motive is world domination! Nicely played, Emily VanCamp.)

YES! I have no idea how I resisted watching it for so long, it's awesome. And Crews and Reese - I love so many things about their relationship, the way they're partners and friends and he teases her about actually liking him and the fact that they're both epically screwed up, and that shippiness so isn't the most important part of their dynamic (even though I totally ship them, and so did the finale).
