So I ended up signing up for

sga_santa, which - I haven't done in about five years? But I've been doing a Stargate semi-rewatch lately, so it's got me nostalgic. I'm also doing

femslashex and

yuletide, so that's manageable;

rarecharacters fics aren't in for another few weeks but I've already made a decent start on mine, so yay.

Also, I guess Gotham is going to be a thing? Which basically means I'm going to spend the next few months rolling my eyes at idiots on tumblr enthusing about YAY GOTHAM CENTRAL RENEE MONTOYA OMG, because Gotham Central this is not. Unfortunately. And I'm really not sure the world needs another variation on Batman: Year One (this time with less Batman), plus it means ever actually getting a Gotham Central series is possibly even less likely than ever, but whatever. (Ed Brubaker would like people to stop congratulating him, though.)
