4) yuletide! Assignments are out, and I am so excited I can barely wait for the archive to open. Also, I love my assignment - I only matched on one fandom, but in most of my fandoms I kept my offers down to my OTP, which is exactly what my recipient asked for. So, yay! I really want to get started right away, even though I know I have other things I should be finishing first ...

My Yuletide letter will be coming soon, and I can't wait to start reading everyone else's :)

I'm so jealous that everyone's loving their Yuletide requests so hard. Mine is basically a choice between the two characters I said I wouldn't write. :(

That sucks - sometimes it seems like people don't really get what picking "any" means, but at least the good news is that everything except the fandom + characters is completely optional.

Wow thank you! I've recieved other yuletide related e-mails but the assignment went into my spam box. Which wow, out of all of the possible requests, there's only one that fits what I can write. I don't even know the other fandoms.

No worries! Mine was kind of the same - there was one other fandom that I have a vague familiarity with but no real interest in, and the other two I hadn't heard of at all. Luckily, though, I kept my offers down to stuff I really wanted to write, so I'm perfectly happy with what I got assigned.

And I am in denial as well, hahaha. OR...maybe it's the whole doomed aspect that makes me love them so much? I DON'T KNOW AND I DON'T CARE. They make me happy! &hearts!!!

I love them so much! And I really don't know if I love them because they're doomed, or in spite of it, but - bantery bickery flirty UST and OMG, I have fallen so hard for the ship I can't even believe.
