Your main fandom of the year?
Probably Disney fandom in general; in particular, Wizards of Waverly Place. Even though I haven't actually finished anything in that fandom since ... March? (Except for my![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
femslash10 assignment.) Whatever, I've been busy, okay.
Your favorite film watched this year?
Um, I really liked Scott Pilgrim? Also Easy A, for being a rom-com (ish) that I actually found really sweet and funny and adorable instead of it making me want to claw my eyes out. True story: I'm actually a huge fan of rom-coms, it's just that most of them are crap.
Scratch that, I just realised Whip It was this year. So: WHIP IT!
Your favorite book read this year?
The Hunger Games. The entire trilogy, but especially the first book - Team Katniss FTW, Peeta and Gale who?
Your favorite album or song to listen to this year?
I loved everything by Florence + the Machine, which, yes, I'm aware how boring that answer is. Also, Fortunate Son.
Your favorite TV show of the year?
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION? But, okay, it was totally Make It or Break It. SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS MY LIFE?
Your favorite LJ community of the year?

Your best new fandom discovery of the year?
So many! Make It or Break It is probably at the top of the list, because I really do love that show a whole lot. But also Parks & Recreation, Primeval, Sanctuary (I think I started watching it this year?), The Good Wife (ditto), Life ... in any given year, I tend to pick up a lot of new fandoms, even if I watched less TV this year than most others. So, this is not an exhaustive list, obviously.
Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
Not being around very much. I think I underestimated how much attention ~real life was going to take up this year, and I've had a tendency to disappear. A lot.
Your TV boyfriend of the year?
Speirs from Band of Brothers. CRAZY AWESOME.
Your TV girlfriend of the year?
Payson Keeler. I JUST LOVE HER FACE, OKAY? And Cara Mason, for ~obvious reasons.
Your biggest squee moment of the year?
Probably finishing my very first big bang fic forapocabigbang, and the awesome art and mixes I got to go along with it. Also, every time Chelsea Staub and Nicole Anderson were adorable, which was a lot.
The most missed of your old fandoms?
Battlestar Galactica :( Also Legend of the Seeker, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS CANCELLED, I NEED IT ON DVD RIGHT NOW.
The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
At this stage, probably Misfits, because it seems like everyone on my flist is going crazy over it. Also, I really, really need to finish watching Fringe, I keep getting stuck on early S1, but I am determined to get caught up because later episodes sound AWESOME. Um, maybe also Warehouse 13?
Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year?
festivids going live! (Provided I finish on time, which - is going to happen. Yep.) Also, participating more. I swear. No, really. AND GAME OF THRONES, IT LOOKS AWESOME.

This is Sam from Doom - yep, the movie based on the video game. The entire movie is pretty much about the relationship between her and John (well, and hell demons); basically, it's what you get if you take the standard action/horror movie romance B-plot and make the characters siblings. AND THEN CHANGE NOTHING ELSE. I really love this movie a whole lot, despite it being kind of ridiculous. Also Rosamund Pike, because she's so very pretty.
Unexpected BtVS/Angel reunion! I like this icon mostly because it's pretty, but I also really loved this scene. And I never really shipped Wesley/Faith on Buffy or Angel, but I totally shipped them in this because, um - impromptu public bathroom surgery is hot?
OMG HOW ARE THEY SO ADORABLE. I love the cast of Legend of the Seeker a whole lot, and if you've never seen an interview with Craig Horner and Bridget Regan - just, go do that now. They are the cutest ever.
Covert Affairs ♥! I was never not going to love a show where Piper Perabo is a spy, and this icon is from my favourite Annie/Auggie scene, where they're sparring and it's awesome and unf.
I still really love Arthur/Morgana, even if they barely interacted after season one. They used to be so awesome! Also, I haven't actually watched season three at all yet; I was waiting until I was on holidays and the season was over, which is now, so I guess I'll have to get around to that. Usually I hate being spoiled for TV shows, but in this case, I'm glad I'm aware of Morgana's S3 arc, if only so I'm prepared for it to be awful.
