What do I do here?
1) I'm ridiculously behind on my TV viewing, but brief reactions from the past week or so:
90210: 1-7 Hollywood Forever
Um, stuff happened? Maybe? Mostly, it was pretty boring - I'm sick of Naomi's angst, and Adrianna's drug problem, and I love Dixon/Silver, but maybe not enough to keep watching.
Friday Night Lights: 3-1 I Knew You When
Love Tyra to bits, and I'm glad she and Landry broke up (though I'm not convinced it's for good). It will be interesting to see Tami as principal, and I'm just going to handwave the various timeline issues. And I love the Tami/Tyra friendship, so I'm glad we're seeing more of them. Also, the smoothie speech was a thing of beauty (I love my Coach!) and the jumbotron and "I can't tie my shoe" and "You're a rebound from Jesus" and Smash - I really love this show.
Greek: 2-7 Formally Yours
Once again, it was pretty much the "everyone loves Casey" hour, but that's pretty much the show I'm watching, so it's fine with me. Max/Casey is still adorable, and I like it when he kisses her. Cappie and Rebecca are still hot together, but I'm glad they're not dating again (especially after last week, when he's so very much hung up on Casey). Ashleigh taking Rusty to theprom formal was very cute, and I love them getting back at Evan, though I'm really glad the show didn't try to push them as a couple. And Evan and Frannie are still awful - and doomed - but at least they're interesting.
Grey's Anatomy: 5-3 Here Comes The Flood
Alex/Izzie! Oh, Alex, I love you and your accidental feelings and your misdirected douchebaggery and your secret angst. And Izzie, with no friends - I'm really glad we're getting back the Izzie we knew and loved, but it's kinda sad that she had to get to this point in order to do it.
I didn't like Derek or Cristina at all in this episode - ignoring Lexie (especially after all the speechifying), and Derek trying to kick Alex and Izzie out (and not even talking to Meredith about it beforehand - WTF was that? Nice mature, adult relationship), and Cristina stealing the apartment. Because, really, she can't not have known what Izzie meant. For a second, too, I was really looking forward to seeing Izzie and Cristina as roommates. I want Owen back.
Heroes: 3-4 I Am Become Death
I liked the trip to the future, in theory, but it was definitely rushed. I would have liked to see more of Claire, with Peter and with her team (Knox/Claire y/y?), and less of Matt - I think his storyline definitely could have waited, and they could have made an awesome episode by trimming it down to the essential storyline, a la Company Man.
Also, I'm really not sure how I feel about Peter now having Sylar's ability - and especially about it being his ability that supposedly drove him to kill, rather than the fact that he's a complete psycho. I guess I'll wait and see how it plays out.
Nathan/Tracy!! Yes, please, yes. I still mourn the loss of Niki and Nathan/Niki, but I am generally on board with Nathan/people who look like Ali Larter, so, I'm happy. Yay!! ♥
Also, Adam's back! Hell yes.
The Office: 5-1 Weight Loss
Yay, show! I went straight into this after watching the first four seasons, so I didn't have to wait, but I'm still excited. Very excited.Extremely excited. Fired guy! Ryan pursuing Kelly! Everyone telling Kelly how hot she is! Ryan telling her she's perfect!! &hearts I'm not sure how I feel about Dwight and Angela's affair - I definitely ship them, but I feel sorry for new and improved Andy. Also, I think maybe something else happened? Like, someone got engaged? I can't really remember ... I'm sure it will come to me.
(Squee!!! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥)
The Office: 5-2 Business Ethics
Not overly eventful, but still fun. Oscar bitching about the definition of "ethics" was awesome (I ♥ Oscar), and lol @ Ryan's Survivor-lookalike hook up. (His way of trying to make Kelly jealous? I'm so proud she didn't rise to the bait.) Probably the best bit of the episode was the teaser - that tackle was a thing of beauty. "The tall guy got engaged." I missed Pam :(
Private Practice: 2-1 A Family Thing
Cooper/Charlotte is still insanely hot, and probably my favourite thing about the show. Also,Chris cop guy! And, SWAT!! Yum ♥. I may miss Dell and his midwifery, though. And Cooper's patient was adorable - "I, like, love her and everything." Poor kid.
Smallville: 8-3 Toxic
I liked Tess a lot more in this episode, but probably still not as much as the writers would like me to. I mean, Mercy? Still, sweaty, shirtless Oliver was well worth it, and I loved the Oliver/Lois scenes. Well, all of Lois' scenes, really.
2) Caught up on watching The Office, and, ♥. I do love Jim and Pam, but I've fallen completely head over heels for Ryan/Kelly. I just - I really don't know. But they are currently one of my very favourite ships, and I love them to death. I really, really want them to get back together this season - I loved Ryan kind of reaching out to her, and I would love this show forever if we could have, like, Ryan pursuing her. In his own, semi-reluctant, Ryan-ish way, of course, but still: this is currently my number one TV wish. Because I think he's grown, and she's grown, and I would give pretty much anything to see him chasing her for once. Or, really, to see them get back together at all. Oh, my awesome, dysfunctional ship ♥ ♥ ♥.

remixthedrabble is currently open for sign ups! Sign up to be a remixee (to have your fics remixed) here, or to be a remixer (to remix someone else's fics) here, or both. I'm really looking forward to it, especially because, even though I have a million things to do at the moment, it's only a drabble or ficlet. Plus, remixes!
4) Trying to get as much as I can done before November (I'll be in New Zealand for a week to visit my mum, and then in Byron Bay for my dad's wedding), and work out what I can do now vs what I can take with me to do while I'm over there. Also, I'm finally writing stuff again, even if so far it's mainly ficlets/drabbles - I have my Sweet Charity fic to work on, plus a bunch of belated gift fics and a couple of late ficathon entries, but right now, I'm kind of zen about it; I know I'll finish what I have to, but I'm not giving myself a hard time about working on other things instead. Because, really, fandom is supposed to be fun, and if I start stressing I'm more likely to burn myself out than anything else. So, happy place.
5) I wrote fic!
Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (High School Musical RPF - Vanessa Hudgens/Ashley Tisdale - PG-13 - 193 words) Ashley's half sitting on her lap when her hand kind of slips and they laugh and then, there's kissing.
Culturally Explicit (The Office RPF - B.J. Novak/Mindy Kaling - PG-13 - 322 words) It's not like he hasn't met her parents before. Spoilers up to episode 3:6 - Diwali.
Jellicious (The Office - Ryan/Kelly - PG - 200 words) Usually, Ryan's pretty good at tuning Kelly out.
Quabity Assuance (The Office - Creed, Kelly - PG - 140 words) "You're in charge of quality assurance."
