Fic journals, and the disuse thereof

Up until now, I've posted all my fics to amidalashari, and kept this journal solely for personal/fandom posts. This was mostly for organisation and tagging, and while it's helped in those areas, it's also been a little frustrating having to log in and out of my accounts in order to post fic/post journal entries/respond to comments, etc. So, from now on I've decided to keep everything in one place, at this journal.

All the fics I've already posted will stay at amidalashari; I haven't decided whether I'm going to bother backdating posts and moving everything over here, but that journal will stay up, whatever I end up doing.

I'm also thinking of changing my username, but that will have to wait for a little bit (mostly until I can afford it).

Ugh what a bummer. You'd think LJ would have figured out a way around that now, lol .

There are a lot of things you'd think LJ would have figured out by now, unfortunately. What I wouldn't give to be able to merge journals ...
